GRL Building Contractors are a Conwy County based company with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
We can offer a bespoke, professional and reliable service for any of your building needs specialise in offering a ‘Design and Build’ service for property Extensions and Conversions. This service includes a sit down consultation free of charge, architectural plans drawn to your specification, planning guidance and help achieving the correct planning permissions, the physical build carried out by our company.
We can also deal with all structural and building control site visits while the project is being completed.
As well as a Design and Build service we are also more than happy to tackle any of your smaller building needs. Whether it’s a new roof or a new wall that is needed we can take on both small and large projects.
We are also able to supply a written estimate within 7 days of receiving the plans and specification.
